The Problem
After completing Shopify web development for this e-commerce brand in its Mexican and US versions, we shifted our focus to its email marketing. The brand already had Klaviyo automation for Mexico but was generating low revenue and losing significant revenue due to the state of its automated flows. Also, Klaviyo US was virtually untouched.
The brand lacked key, specialized email flows that were essential to its business model. The few existing flows were performing poorly and it was time to improve them.

The Email Structure

We analyzed the best practices through its competitors and market trends, updating the header and footer, optimizing the texts in relation to the number of images, and creating eye-catching copies and graphic design that will encourage purchases.
